Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
At the time of booking via our automated bookings and payment system, immediate full payment is required. If your payment is not received at time of booking, the date(s) and time(s) will not be confirmed and chosen date(s) and time(s) will be made available to other customers. If you book via telephone or email, your deposit payment (£5) must be received within 2 working days – This can be made by bank transfer, or credit / debit card (unless otherwise pre-agreed). Grooming Terms & Conditions
You may amend your original booking once only (up to 5 days before the original booked date) to a different date (aligned to our availability). After this date, the payment cannot be transferred, and no refund will be offered.

You may cancel your original booking up to 10 days before the original date booked and receive your £5 deposit refund. After this date, no refund will be offered.
There may be occasions where additional grooming is required beyond what was initially quoted and couldn’t reasonably be identified or foreseen at the time of booking. We will endeavour to contact you immediately when we are made aware of this, but any additional costs shall be your responsibility, and Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming shall not be liable for these.
If Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming accepts a request to change the services quoted, the original price and completion times in the booking will be adjusted by Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming as appropriate, and the changes notified to the customer. Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming may decline to carry out any requested changes due to time availability or other reasons that prohibit the smooth running of Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming business.
Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue payment(s) in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act.
Also, Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming will be entitled to cancel future bookings, if any payment is not made on the due date by the customer.
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer or imply any sort of guarantee or warranty. We are happy to offer advice on how to care for your dog following a groom, but Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming cannot be held responsible for your actions, or any subsequent issues caused directly or indirectly by yourself.
Dates for commencement and completion of any grooming service given by Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming are given in good faith, however, unless specifically guaranteed, Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming will not be liable for any delay in commencement or completion of a grooming service.
Where appropriate, Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming will notify the customer of any delays at the earliest opportunity.
Customer Property & Risk
When any grooming services include the supply of goods or materials, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon completion, however, where grooming services are performed on the customers premises, the risk of loss or damage to goods and materials, except when caused by Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming, rests with the customer who should insure the risks at his expense. Ownership in the goods and materials will remain with Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming until payment in full of all amounts due from the customer have been received by Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming.
Where any grooming services are carried out on the premise of Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming, the risk of loss or damage to goods and materials, except when caused by the customer, rests with Pawgeous.
Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming will not have any liability to the customer if prevented from performing the contract on account of force majeure, which includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, war, terrorism, strikes or difficulty in obtaining materials and labour. In any of these circumstances, Pawgeous Mobile Dog Grooming reserves the right to cancel or suspend any services.
Law & Disputes
The contract between Pawgeous and the customer is governed by English law.
- Any dispute which cannot be settled amicably will be referred to mediation at the request of either party.
- Any dispute that is not settled will be resolved in the English courts.
Data Protection – Using Your Information
We use the information that we collect from you to manage your account and provide our products and services to you. In addition to this we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:
- To inform you of any changes to our website, products or services.
- To provide information to you relating to other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
- To develop and improve the products and services we provide and make available.
- To carry out statistical analysis and market research; and testing and validation purposes as part of infrastructure and system enhancements (for example changes to our booking system).
- We will NEVER give your details to any third parties to use your data to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods or services.
